PONRABBEL is the eJOURNAL for INSTITUTE43. PONRABBEL welcomes submissions of any kind from 'cultural producers', researchers, writers et al on any subject relative to CULTURALlandscape defined by the 'river catchments' 43, 42 & 41.

PONRABBEL wishes to offer peer reviews – 'blind peer reviews – for writers, academics and others on material relative to the i43 CULTURALlandscape. Reviewers will be drawn from 'associates' networks in the region and around Australia.

Not every POST published on the site will be peer reviewed but those that are will carry the appropriate notification.
